Each opportunity identified during Discovery is evaluated across the same criteria, with AI Fit serving as the primary decision point: does AI provide a meaningful advantage over process improvement, automation, analytics, or traditional software?

Opportunities with strong AI Fit are then compared based on Business Value, Feasibility, and Strategic Alignment. Together, these factors determine the recommendation and portfolio ranking, while the Solutions Considered and Rationale document why AI, or an alternative approach, is the appropriate path forward. The highest-priority AI opportunities advance to the AI Readiness Assessment for deeper evaluation.
